Acceptable use

Do not use OneSimpleQR to redirect people to malware, phishing pages, illegal content, deceptive downloads, or destinations that violate another person's rights.

Tracking

Account holders are responsible for providing any notices or consent required for their use of tracked QR codes. Scan, IP, device, and location information must not be treated as guaranteed or used as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.

Payments and credits

Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are one-time purchases, remain available until used, and are consumed when a new dynamic QR code is created. Prices and package sizes may change for future purchases without changing completed orders.

Refunds

Contact qr@onesimpleqr.com if a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or not fulfilled correctly. Used credits and successfully created dynamic QR codes are generally not refundable unless required by law.

Availability

Tracked QR codes depend on this website, its database, domain, and hosting account remaining online. Deleting a QR code, moving the domain, or allowing hosting to expire will stop tracked QR codes from working.

Email delivery

Email verification, password resets, scan notifications, and purchase messages are not guaranteed. Delivery depends on mail configuration, sending reputation, recipient filtering, and third-party mail systems.

No warranty

The service is provided as available. Test every QR code before distributing it, especially after changing a destination.
